Phoenix Power Company SAOG (the “Company”) advises the Capital Market Authority, the Muscat Stock Exchange and the investors’ community that the partial blackout which occurred on 5th September 2022 in the Electricity Main Interconnected System did not cause any material impact either on the Company’s business or its financial position.
